While not exactly an interview, this is the description of a presentation Andrew did at the 50th Anniversary AASECT Conference.
The Male Surrogate Video. The following video, "The Male Surrogate: Past, Present, Future," was shown at the Western Region Conference for the Society of the Scientific Study of Sexuality (San Francisco, April 2011). Andrew speaks about 4 minutes into the video.

Based primarily on an interview with Andrew, What it's Like Being a Male Surrogate... was released 4/27/15 on Alternet. He told the journalist he wouldn't participate with any article that refers to him as a "sex surrogate" (here's why). Although the title is disappointing, the content of the article itself is good.
Male Surrogate's Passion for Intimacy is an article about Andrew that appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle on New Year's Day, 2013.
